National Park – Alp Trupchun
The shortest way from Celerina into the National Park: a moderately strenuous hike to Alp Trupchun, often with red deer in autumn.
S-chanf
From Celerina, this is the shortest way into the Swiss National Park. The path to Alp Trupchun is not difficult, only moderately strenuous and well suited to children. It also works well as a circular walk along both sides of the river. Towards the end of September it is rutting season, and you can often watch red deer.
There is parking at Prasüras. Set off on foot from there or take the Express Parc Naziunel to the Varusch hut to shorten the route. The hut is also a good place to stop for food and drink.
