You can leave your bicycles in the garage.

We ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please return the apartment keys according to the instructions of Loga.

Please note the following before departure:

• Remove any food and personal items brought in from the refrigerator, shelves, and cabinets
• All silverware, dishes and pans should be washed and put away in the cabinets provided. The dishwasher should be emptied
• Please remove bed linen
• Please take the waste to the collection point (see -> waste disposal)

Also in the sideboard in the living room you will find some brochures with interesting excursion ideas in the region. Please help yourself.

You will find the fuse box for the apartment in the entrance hallway behind the picture with the church of San Gian.

On the balcony you will find an electric grill, which you are welcome to use. Please note the following:

• To start the grill, plug in the power cable, turn the main switch to “I” and the temperature control to “ON”.
• Select the desired temperature level using the arrow keys
• Let the grill heat up with the lid closed until the indicator light of the desired level is constantly lit.
• Important: Level 7 may only be used with the lid open.
• Clean the grate and the grease drip tray after use
• Cover the grill again with the cover after it has cooled down

For your comfort, the apartment has an automatic heating control system. There is a wall thermostat in the bedrooms and living room to measure and control the temperature. In the bathrooms, the thermostat is located directly on the radiator.

The desired target temperature can be selected individually for each room on the thermostat using the dial.

Important: if the window or door is open, the target temperature in the respective room is automatically lowered and the heating is switched off.

If you need additional cleaning, please contact Loga.

In your apartment you have the possibility to access the wireless internet (WLAN).

Please note that the floor and table lamps in the living room are operated via wall switches. For these to work, the power cables must be plugged into the correct sockets. The following document shows the correct connection of the lamps and the corresponding light switches.

On the homepage of the municipality of Celerina you will find a local map with an excerpt of the sports and leisure infrastructure.

In the sideboard in the living room you will also find a map of the village to take.

Please always park your vehicle in the garage. Do not leave it in the front yard for extended periods of time, as this will detract neighbors from entering or exiting their garages.

If you need more parking space for another vehicle, you can use the paid public parking spaces near the train station.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Both the railroad station Celerina/Schlarigna of the RhB and the next stop of Engadin Bus can be reached after about 5 minutes walk.

Please report any missing or broken items in the apartment to Loga. Please also inform Loga if you have broken any dishes.

In Celerina you will find a selection of good restaurants. You can find an overview here.

If you prefer to have the food delivered to the apartment, you can use the services of the following delivery services:

In the top drawer of the sideboard in the living room, you will find a few important everyday items for purchase. Please take the items you want and pay the amount according to the price list below via TWINT. In the TWINT app, scan the QR code below and put in the total amount.

For your ski day you can leave the car in the garage. You can easily get to the gondola on your skis. The fastest way is as follows:

• From Chesa Lavinas follow Vietta Funtanella downhill until Via Lavinas
• Continue straight on and on the left side of Chesa Spuondas across the parking lot and behind the house down the stairs.
• Once you are on Via val Runchetta, turn right and walk uphill until you reach Chesa Carina. Pass it on the right side
• Then on the Vietta val Curtinaglia all downhill
• At the next bend to the left, go straight on past Chesa Polaschin until you are on the ski slope
• From here go down to the lifts

From the ski area you can ski almost to the front door as follows:

• From Marguns follow the valley descent to Celerina
• At the last slope go to the top station of the chair lift and from there follow the blue slope
• At the top station of the small lift, simply turn left to the winter hiking trail, cross the bridge and, depending on snow conditions, arrive almost at the house.

You can store your skis and ski boots in the ski room inside the house. You will find it behind the front door down the stairs and around the corner to the right.

Alternatively, you can conveniently store the skis in the garage.

Please do not enter the apartment with ski boots. In this way you help to protect the parquet floors. Thank you for your understanding.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and on the balcony.

You can also display the current radio and TV program via your remote control.

The TV can be controlled using the white Swisscom TV remote control. If you are unsure, please consult the operating instructions.

Please note that you are responsible for your valuables that you keep in the apartment, house or garage. Any liability for theft or damage is declined.

Washing machine and tumbler can be found in the basement. Go down the stairs and through the glass door. At the end of the hallway turn right and then straight ahead into the laundry room.

To start up the washing machine or tumble dryer, you will need a payment card, which you will receive from Loga. You will find a control unit on the wall which can be operated as follows:

Before washing/drying: Debit the amount

1. Press a button on the control unit
2. Briefly press the number for the desired appliance: 1=washing machine, 2=dryer
3. Hold the card to the control unit until the new balance is displayed
4. Operating the washing machine/dryer

Important: After washing/drying: Post credit back

1. Press a button on the control unit
2. Press and hold the number for the last appliance used until “Storno del valore” appears on the display: 1=washer, 2=dryer
3. Hold the card to the control unit until the new balance is displayed

Out of consideration for the other residents of the house, we ask you not to wash and dry your laundry before 8:00 am and no later than 8:30 pm.

You will find the nearest waste collection point at the corner of Pradatsch Sur/Via Lavinas. There you can dispose of the following types of waste:

• Paper
• Cardboard
• Tinplate
• Aluminum
• Glass
• PET
• Batteries
• Red waste bags

Red waste bags are available at the grocery stores.
